Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. Sabayel district court has today held the next hearing on the case of Emin Milli and Adnan Hajizadeh, APA reports. Araz Huseynov presided over the hearing. Witness, the owner of Lebanese restaurant Shahzeyneb Rustamova did not come to court. She sent a letter to the court saying she is ill.
The court began investigating the evidence. Basing on the records presented to the court by Azercell it was clarified where the defendants and sufferers were that day.
The hearing will continue on November 11.
Emin Milli and Adnan Hajizadeh were detained after the incident in Lebanese restaurant in Azerbaijan’s capital. They faced charges under articles 127.2.3. (inflicting minor bodily harm) and 221.2.1 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code.
