According to APA, the incident took place in the apartment 66, building 6, at Outside Circle Street, 7th micro-district, Binagadhi district of Baku.A woman, named Hijran, set on fire her two-room apartment at the second level, and then locked the door.
The apartment was burnt out and the woman was injured, APA correspondent reports from the site. Firefighters, ambulances and law-enforcement officers arrived at site. The firefighters prevented extension of fire to nearby apartments. The injured woman was hospitalized.
Witnesses said the incident happened on the basis of family disputes.
