Baku. Hafiz Heydarov - APA. An Armenian woman, who swindled Azerbaijanis in Baku, has been arrested, Nizami district police office told APA.
The district police carried out operation and detained Lidiya Balasanova, who swindled the citizens of a great sum of money.
Balasanova, Armenian by origin, changed her name and surname in Baku. Earlier, she had been sentenced to eight years for swindling together with his Azerbaijani husband Azad Isgandarov.
Criminal case has been launched on the fact on article 178 (swindling) of the Criminal Code.
