Guba. Konul Abdullayeva â€“ APA. An incident involving use of arms took place in Pashaoba village of Azerbaijanâ€™s Guba region at bout 17.00 on Sunday, APA reports. Villager Orkhan Musayev shot his townsmen Khazar Dadashov, 20 and Umid Ruhullayev, 16 with a sport gun. Dadashov was seriously wounded in shoulder and Ruhullayev in throat. Both were placed to the central clinic hospital of Guba region. Then Ruhullayev was sent to the Clinic Medical Center in Baku because of critic condition.
Musayev was detained. According to preliminary version, the incident happened on the basis of family disputes.

According to APAâ€™s northern bureau, preliminary investigation shows that Musayev saw Dadashov near his uncle Abulfat Dadashovâ€™s house on that day and he came home to take his sport gun and then returned to the site. He shot and wounded Dadashov. Ruhullayev, who was together with Dadashov, was also wounded.
Prosecutorâ€™s office of Guba region told APA, Musayev said in its first testimony that he shot Dadashov for honor case, but accidentally wounded Ruhullayev too.
