Baku. Elnur Mammadli – APA. An armed police post has been set up on Baku-Sumgayit highway since October 19, APA reports. The policemen are controlling the entry and exit of the city. Officer of Interior Ministry’s press service Ehsan Zahidov told APA that it is not a special control connected with a certain incident.
“This is a measure taken to maintain public order and prevent crimes,†he said.
