Baku. Ramil Mammadli – APA. Sabayel district court held hearing on the case of Emin Milli and Adnan Hajizadeh, APA reports. Araz Huseynov presided over the hearing. The owner of Lebanese restaurant Shahzeyneb Rustamova and other witnesses, as well as sufferers missed the hearing. The judge passed a decision to bring the above-mentioned persons to court compulsorily.
The hearing will continue on October 27.
Emin Milli and Adnan Hajizadeh were detained in connection with incident in Lebanese restaurant on July 8. They faced charges under articles 127.2.3 (inflicting minor bodily harm) and 221.2.1 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code.
