The Appeal Court held hearing on the decision of Grave Crime Court and passed decision to release Arabul. He was conditionally sentenced to 3.5 years and will not be banned to leave the country, said the lawyer.
Former Barmek-Azerbaijan chief executive Huseyn Arabul was sentenced on September 18 to two years by the Grave Crime Court. He was accused in illegal crossing the borders and giving a bribe.
Arabul was conditionally sentenced by the Grave Crime Court in 2007 to five years and one million 370 thousand AZN fine. The court also banned his leaving the country.
