Ramiz Rzayev: â€œNo one can conduct inspection in the courtâ€

Baku. Elnur Mammadli â€“ APA. â€œThe reports that inspections were conducted in the Supreme Court are not true. No one can inspect the court,â€ chairman of the Supreme Court Ramiz Rzayev said commenting on the recent media reports, APA reports. He said according to the distribution of government legislative, executive and judicial branches of government have equal rights.
â€œNone of them has the privilege over the other. This is reflected in the Constitution. How could the court be inspected? It is nonsense. No one can inspect the court, there is no such a fact in the world,â€ he said.
Ramiz Rzayev said the reports that a man broke out of the prison after falsifying the decision of the Supreme Court are not true.
â€œPrison is not a school, institute. How can one flee from that place? Our judgment is sent to prison by means of special communication and is registered there. But they presented their decision themselves and in prison they saw it was false and phoned us. We could ignore it, because he will not be released with that judgment. But to prevent such cases in future we sent the judgment to the prosecutorâ€™s office, they investigated it and arrested the man who falsified it,â€ he said.
