â€œRamin Huseynov is not a security staff member of the Azerbaijan Presidential Administration security serviceâ€

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov â€“ APA. Azerbaijan Presidential Administration said Ramin Huseynov, who was detained for the criminal case of the GEN Ltd Construction Company, was not its security staff member, the Presidential Administration told APA.

A staff member of the security service of the Azerbaijan Presidential Administration was detained for the criminal case of GEN Ltd Construction Company, lawyer of the aggrieved persons Vidadi Isgandarov told APA.
The lawyer said the companyâ€™s executive, defendant Elbrus Aliyev told the court that he gave bribes to some officials through the security staff member of the Presidential Administration Ramin Huseynov. Huseynov was detained by Baku Police Headquarterâ€™s officers and he is giving testimony now. Isgandarov didnâ€™t rule out his arrest.

GEN Ltd executive Elbrus Aliyev and 17 others went on trial at the Court of Grave Crimes. They are accused in misappropriation of large amount of money of the citizens. 373 persons were aggrieved as a result of the companyâ€™s activity.
