Baku. Ramil Mammadli – APA. On Monday, the Court on Grave Crimes sentenced residents of Nakhchivan Sahib Aliyev and Emil Aghayev, who were accused in committing of murder in the disco-bar 444 Prince in Baku, APA reports. The court proved their guilt and sentenced Aliyev for 15 and Aghayev for 14 years of imprisonment.
According to the indictment, there dispute between the residents of Nakhchivan Sahib Aliyev and Emil Aghayev and the residents of Shamkir region Arzu Isayev and Nail Mammadov in the disco-bar 444 Prince at Azadlig Avenue in Baku at about 02.00 on October 15, 2008. Sahib Aliyev knifed Nail Mammadov to death and wounded Arzu Isayev.
