The incident happened in Gara Petrol filling station in Musayev street. Samad Abbasali Safiyev, 48, came to the filling station and had a quarrel with operator Seymur Samarkhan Aslanov, 27. Later he fired at Aslanov with a sporting gun. Fortunately, the ball went wide. Region police immediately arrived at the site and Safiyev was detained. According to the preliminary investigation, the incident was connected with honor.
The fact is being investigated.
