SBS issues next statement on shooting occurred on Azerbaijan-Russia border

The trespassers fired on the border guards and wounded soldier Isayev Bahruz Asgar. One of the trespassers was killed with reprisal fire and others wounded. A great number of ammunitions and electronic facilities were taken from the place of incident. The General Prosecutorâ€™s Office launched a criminal case under article 120 (deliberate murder), 228 (illegal purchase, transfer, selling, storage, transportation and carrying of fire-arms, accessories to it, supplies, explosives), 318 (illegal crossing border of the Azerbaijan Republic) of the Criminal Code.
It should be noted that told APA two of three suspects in the organized armed group attempted to illegally cross the Azerbaijan-Russia borders several days ago had been identified. Suhrab Merzoyev, 34 and Hasan Kaldiharoyev, 29 were detained and ammunitions hided by them were also found in an operation conducted by police.
Other militant was detained in Goubek Mountains by the border guards.
