Armenian army commits arsons in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan again

Baku. Elnur Mammadli â€“ APA. Armenian armed forces started to commit arsons again in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, APA correspondent reports from Fuzuli Region. The fire and smoke are clearly seen in the frontline areas. The arsons damage the agricultural fields and farms. The farmers said the fire caused mass flow of locusts from the burned areas to the cornfields.

Press officer of the Defense Ministry Eldar Sabiroglu also confirmed the fact. He told APA they informed the international organizations about the issue. â€œArmenians repeat it every year and donâ€™t stop the arsons. They commit it as if they want to take revenge on trees, plants and landsâ€. Sabiroglu said the arsons didnâ€™t create serious problems for the Azerbaijani Army from the point of defense view.

Chief of the Plant Protection Center under the Ministry of Agriculture Mudafie Safarov said they took immediate measures against the flow of locusts and sprayed disinfectants throughout the frontline areas and there was no threat of locust flow now.
