Name of Azerbaijani killed in Ingushetia as Doku Umarov’s group was rendered harmless announced - EXCLUSIVE

The operation aiming to render harmless the terrorist group, which also involved hired foreigners, started on May 16. The police officers managed to take Kamaz, Niva and UAZ vehicles that had been wrested from the local residents of Upper Altun village by the terrorists. Four gunmen were killed during the operation, one of them is Azerbaijani. Passport and military ID was found on him. Ingushetia Interior Ministry told APA that the Azerbaijan had been identified. It was Muradov Akif Yahya, 31. Nothing was said about his region and the details of the operation.
A lot of ammunitions, hand grenades were taken from the gunmen. The terrorists threw the ammunitions from Kamaz while attempting to get rid of the federal forces. The encircled terrorists are reportedly the members of the illegal groups subordinated to Doku Umarov. President of Ingushetia Yunusbek Yevkurov and Adam Delimkhanov, the person close to President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadirov are leading the operation in Sunjensk region of Ingushetia.
