Person released after amnesty on April 23 arrested for committing crime again

Baku. Hafiz Heydarov – APA. The person, who served 35-year imprisonment in Azerbaijan and was released after amnesty 15 days ago, committed crime again. Sabunchu district police office told APA that resident of Gusar region, Vishnyakov Igor Valentinovich is accused of knifing Baku resident.

The incident happened in Sabunchu district last night. Ramiz Safargulu Asgarov, 68, was knifed in heart by unidentified persons. He was immediately hospitalized and operated. Doctors assess his state as serious. 14th police department of Sabunchu district police office established an investigation group in connection with the incident. The offenders were identified as a result of the operations.

Vishnyakov Igor Valentinovich, 52, and Azer Izetulla Hagmammadov, 44, were arrested. The investigation group found out that they had been imprisoned before. Vishnyakov was sentenced 6 times, in total he served 35-year imprisonment.

Vishnyakov was released after amnesty on April 23. Hagmammadov was accused of embezzling public property and served 4-year imprisonment.
