Chief of Azerbaijan Committee against Torture meets with Eynulla Fatullayev and Ali Insanov

Baku. Ramil Mammadli â€“ APA. Chief of Azerbaijan Committee against Torture Elchin Behbudov visited jails #12 and 13 of the Penitentiary Service. Behbudov told APA that he had met with editor-in-chief of Gundalik Azerbayjan and Realniy Azerbaydjan newspaper Eynulla Fatullayev in jail #12. Fatullayev did not complain of his detention conditions. Behbudov said he had met with ex-health minister Ali Insanov in jail #13. Former minister complained of health problems. The human rights defender said Ali Insanov also complained of his detention conditions.
â€œAli Insanov said he had pains and underlined the necessity of treatment,â€ he said.
