The co-rapporteurs will observe the implementation of Azerbaijan's commitments before the Council of Europe and hold several meetings.
The co-rapporteurs will meet with the head of the Presidential Administration, Minister of Justice, Procurator General, head of the Supreme Court, leaders of political parties in the parliament and leaders of extra-parliamentary opposition parties, head of the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan and representatives of civil society.
Agramunt and Grech will also visit Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. They will meet with Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and representatives of civil society.
The co-rapporteurs will hold a press conference on January 23 at the Baku office of the Council of Europe.
The co-rapporteurs’ report on the implementation of commitments by Azerbaijan was adopted at the January session of PACE last year.
