He said currently the Working Group is discussing the projects on the adoption of the final document on the presidential level.
“The meeting of the foreign ministers will be held in the first quarter of next year before the summit of heads of Caspian states. Consultations will be held at the meeting regarding the projects that will be discussed at the summit,” he said.
Khalaf Khalafov said the Working Group will hold a meeting in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan late in January before the foreign ministers’ meeting.
“The main issue on the agenda is the discussion of the Caspian’s status. Completion of coordination of the presidents’ decisions passed in Baku summit will also be discussed. The Working Group also wants to complete signing the agreements on the protection of biological resources, environment. It also includes determination of fishing zone,” he said.
