According to him, preparations are underway in two formats to hold the summit: “The working group is regularly holding meetings. The last summit was held in Astana, the next summit will take place in Ashgabat. The conference on the level of foreign ministers will be held on April 20-21 and preparations will be completed. I hope the summit will take place in 2014.”
