SOCAR President noted that Azrbaijani investments in Turkey, helps Ankara to reduce budget cut. “5 billion USD for the construction of oil-refinery and opening the industrial lyceum named after Heydar Aliyev mean 10 thousand work places”. As you know, Turkey imports big volume of oil products. Cutting imports means reducing budget cut. Our 5-million USD investment will lead decrease of budget cut of Turkey in amount of 20 mln”, said Rovnag Abdullayev.
