The ambassador stressed that the main principle of Rouhani’s external policy is to normalize and improve relations with the neighbors: “Among the neighbors, we have the most similarities with Azerbaijan. The friendship between our countries is constant. I think the ties between the two countries will further develop during the presidency of Hassan Rouhani.”
Speaking about the possibility of Rouhani’s visit to Azerbaijan, Mohsen Pak Ayeen said that the Iranian President will visit all the friendly countries, but the exact date of his visit to Azerbaijan is still unknown.
