The 10th President of Turkey Ahmet Necdet Sezer also phoned Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev and congratulated him on his birthday.
President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev, deputy head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Magomedsalam Magomedov, chairman of Dagestan Republic National Assembly Khizri Shikhseidov and executive secretary of CIS Executive Committee Sergei Lebedev have also congratulated Azerbaijan's President on his birthday.
