Baku–APA. Mark Lyall-Grant, Director General Political Foreign Commonwealth Office, paid a one day visit to Azerbaijan on 13 February 2009. During his vist to the country the guest had a meeting with Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov and also met with Samad Seidov, MP, head of the Azerbaijani PACE delegation, British Embassy to Azerbaijan told APA.
On the same day Grant was a guest speaker of Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy where he discussed with Azerbaijan’s future diplomats the UK’s foreign policy in the 21st Century.
