ISESCO Director General: Immediate implementation of the resolution on Libya, non-implementation of four resolutions on Nagorno Karabakh is hypocrisy

He said the international community is aware of Nagorno Karabakh problem.
â€œThe UN Security Council passed four resolutions on this conflict and though these resolutions demand liberation of Azerbaijanâ€™s occupied territories and restoration of the countryâ€™s territorial integrity, they have not been implemented by the international community yet. But the resolution on Libya was implemented immediately, they began bombing Libya in order to dictate their will. This is hypocrisy. ISESCO has stated several times that Nagorno Karabakh is an inseparable part of Azerbaijan. These territories can not be separated from Azerbaijan, these lands must be liberated and Azerbaijani citizens must normally live in this part of the country,â€ he said.

Speaking of the World Forum on the Intercultural Dialogue in Baku, ISESCO Director General said a lot of changes happen in the modern world.
â€œThe problems must be solved through negotiations, not by weapons. This forum targets to lay the foundation of such a dialogue,â€ he said.
