Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan: Appealed to Turkish side in connection with the visit of a group of persons of Northern Cyprus to Khankendi

He noted that the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry expects the reply of the Turkish side on the information about the visit, spread in the Armenian press.

Note that according to Regnum news agency, a group of persons from the TRNC under the auspices of the British organization â€œInternational Alertâ€ visited Khankendi in the framework of the project â€œEuropean Partnership supports peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflictâ€. They participated at a round table held on April 1-3 under theme "The experience of peacekeeping and peaceful coexistence after armed conflict - an example of Cyprus."

Among those people who visited to Kahnkendi were the Secretary General of the Republican Party of Northern Cyprus, President of the Association of Businessmen of Northern Cyprus Kutlay Erk, the former head of the municipality Lefkosa, a lawyer, chairman of the Foundation of Human Rights and member of the Supreme Court Amina Cholak.
