President Ilham Aliyev: I hope that energy cooperation between Azerbaijan and Greece will step into a new stage soon

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said the relations between the two countries are developing rapidly, expressed his confidence that this visit will be an important stage in the development of the relations.
â€œOur political relations are developing and Your visit is a splendid example. There are good prospects in economy and the intergovernmental commission is functioning successfully. Energy cooperation already has splendid traditions and I hope that these relations will step into a new stage soon. We also want our citizens to know each other better, our relations to be multilateral, cooperation to produce greater results. I am sure that your visit will be very successful, will produce good results, Greece and Azerbaijan will do much together,â€ he said.

President of Greece expressed his gratitude for hospitality. He noted that the relations between the two countries have bright future.
â€œDuring the tÃªte-Ã -tÃªte meeting we underlined the importance of our cooperation. Your official visit to Athens is of great importance and actually turned into a new stage in the development of the relations. Now I am visiting Your country and I hope that this visit will give an impetus to the development of our relations,â€ he said.
