“The warning was connected with the anniversary of the killing of one of the Hezbollah leaders. There was a possibility of terror attack from Iran. This warning was not applied only to Azerbaijan, but also to Armenia, Georgia, Turkey, Venezuela and other countries,†he said.
The political analyst studied the number of the Israelis, who came to Baku this week, it does not differ from the figure recorded in usual times.
“Any counter-terrorism organization, counter-terrorism council first of all wants to ensure itself against incidents. Therefore, the countries bordering on Iran were included into this list. There was nothing specific in that decision, Iran could have committed actions against the citizens of Israel in these countries,†he said.
