- What are your views on Armeniaâ€™s negative insistence on international community as April 24 so called genocide anniversary approaches?

- The Armenian preoccupation is backward-looking and fossilizes international relations. The Republic of Turkey has been forward-looking in proposing an international commission of neutral and impartial experts with access to all relevant archives to decide authoritatively on the proper characterization of the treatment of Ottoman Armenians during World War I.

- Being primarily Muslim countries in the region, can Azerbaijan and Turkey integrate into European structures with such kind of problems?

- The European Union through the domestic laws of member countries and proposed provisions of a EU Constitution displays an anti-Islamic, pro-Christian prejudice. The rise of the National Front in France is emblematic.

- Is it possible to go towards European integration having neighbors such as Russia and Iran?

- I do not conceive of Russia or Iran seeking EU membership in the foreseeable future.

- Some analysts say, the West will try to weaken Russiaâ€™s influence on Armenia? How true are they?

- I do not discern any probability of a diminishing Russian influence in Armenia in light of the fragile Armenian political dispensation, a common Christian tie, and the urgent Russian effort to prevent its encirclement by countries friendly to the U.S. or NATO.

- Just recently, the international organizations voiced their concerns of a new possible war for Karabakh realistic. What do you think should be done to prevent it?
