A concert was held in Strasbourg dedicated to the 10th anniversary of Azerbaijanâ€™s membership in the CE

APAâ€™s European bureau reports that the concert was organized by Azerbaijani Permanent Mission to CE with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan.

At a concert performed â€œIki Dunyaâ€ jazz group led by talented musician Emil Afrasiyab arrived from Baku.

Representatives of EC, members of the diplomatic missions of various countries accredited in PACE, representatives of civil society of Strasbourg, Azerbaijanis living and studying in France etc. attended at the party.

At the ceremony also was held presentation of booklets "Azerbaijan Council of Europe - 10 years" prepared by Azerbaijani Permanent Mission to CE.

Head of the Azerbaijani representative before the concert briefed the guests with a history of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the Council of Europe.

On January 26, at the restraint of Council of Europe will be hold Azerbaijani jazz concert dedicated to the 10th anniversary of Azerbaijanâ€™s membership in the Council of Europe. At this event are expected to attend Mr Davis Turberna Jagland, President of PACE Mevlut Cavusoglu, heads of missions of various countries in the CoE.
