Azerbaijani political analyst: â€œIranian religious leadership has historic responsibility for spiritual-psychological and social problems of their countryâ€

Baku â€“ APA. â€œProblems of the world community are not far from the Iranian society too. Immorality, alcoholism and drug addiction, as well as non-traditional sexual orientations characteristic for Europe exist in the Iranian society too. Mostly falsehood replaces truth and moral weathering is intensifying in this societyâ€, head of the Political Technologies and Innovations Center, political analyst Mubariz Ahmadoglu told APA.

The analyst said Iranian religious leaders, who introduced Israel and Jews as the enemy, didnâ€™t impose sanctions against import of Israeli goods to the country. â€œThere are reports that high-ranking religious figures are also using those goods. The moral weathering just begins from that. The ambitious religious leaders didnâ€™t create conditions for the young families to observe the Sharia rules, ethics and to pray. The religious figures of the Islamic Republic of Iran force to use Islam within the interests of the Persian nationalistsâ€.

Mubariz Ahmadoglu also touched on the education in the non-Azerbaijani language in Iran.
â€œIt arises from the double standards. Opening of the Azerbaijani-language school is forbidden in Iran, while Iranâ€™s religious leaders turned â€œthe violation of the right to educationâ€ of several girls in Azerbaijan into pressure against Azerbaijan. The Koran has an ayat, which says that Allah created the people speaking in different languages. In this logic, the Azerbaijani and Persian languages are equally strong and have equal rights in terms of our religion. Then why the education in the Azerbaijani language is forbidden? Shiâ€™ism was spread and protected in Iran by Shah Ismayil Khatai. It is a harm to the morality to forbid the education in the language spoken by Shah Ismayil Khatai. Iranâ€™s present religious leader Sayyid Ali Khamenei is considered the 13th imam. It would be a good deed to open ten schools in Tehran in the language of the woman, who gave birth to the person considered sacred by most believers in Iran,â€ he said.
