New building of Russian Informative-Cultural Center inaugurated in Azerbaijan’s capital - <font color=red>PHOTO</font>

has been inaugurated in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, APA reports. Addressing the ceremony head of Russian Presidential Administration Sergei Narishkin said the center’s activity and expansion of its logistics are important for Russia-Azerbaijan relations. He said the two states are interested in the development of the relations in culture, science and education. Narishkin said the center offers broad opportunities for familiarization with Russia’s history, culture and literature.
“We highly appreciate the development of the relations with Azerbaijan, including the expansion of the humanitarian relations,” he said.

Head of Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev said the center’s activity serves the enhancement of friendship and mutual understanding between the two countries.
“Our relations are developing dynamically. If senior representatives of two countries find time for inaugurating such a center, it shows that both sides are interested in cooperation,” he said.

Ramiz Mehdiyev noted that the Russian language is protected in Azerbaijan, the Russian language has preserved its significance in Azerbaijan as a window to the world.
