They discussed the development of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as regional issues.

Mammadyarov noted high-level relations in the field of politics between two countries and emphasized a large potential for the development of cooperation between the countries in economical and other spheres.

In his turn, Alkalaj highly assessed the friendly relationships between the two countries. He stressed the importance of intensifying the mutual visits of state officials in order to strengthen bilateral relations and organizing business travels and cultural visits.

Alkalaj noted the great importance of development of cooperation opportunities in many spheres and focused the attention on necessity of development of legal basis for that.

Alkalaj mentioned the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno Karabakh conflict and said his country supported territorial integrity and sovereignty of Azerbaijan.

The ministers signed â€œProtocol on cooperation between Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovinaâ€ at the end of the meeting.
