Gultekin Hajibeyli to attend meeting of PACE Committee on Migration, Refugees and Population

Member of the Azerbaijani parliament Gultekin Hajibeyli will attend the meeting of the Committee on Migration, Refugees and Population of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in Skopje, Macedonia on September 19, press service of the parliament told APA.
The Committee will hold a hearing on human smuggling and trafficking for labour exploitation purposes. The following day, the committee will adopt a report on the situation of Roma asylum seekers in the Council of Europe member states. The issue of preventing harm to refugees and migrants in extradition and expulsion cases, migration and demographic challenges for Macedonia, unaccompanied minors in Europe will also be on the agenda.
The PACE Committee will also discuss a preliminary draft report on the demographic future of Europe and migration by the Azerbaijani parliamentarian. Hajibeyli will end her visit to Skopje on September 23.
