Ilham Aliyev: â€œSigned document determines future development of Turkey â€“ Azerbaijan strategic partnershipâ€

"As you know the fraternal friendship relations between our peoples live for centuries. Today this relationship has risen up to new level. Actually, the document that we signed today, which sums up so far done work, determines the future development of strategic partnership. This agreement will enable us to coordinate our future cooperation in all spheres and to achieve more resultsâ€, - Ilham Aliyev said.

At the signing ceremony the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that he considers the established Top Strategic Partnership Council between two brotherhood countries to be unprecedented historical work that should be handed over to the future generations.

"Turkey and Azerbaijan make efforts to achieve a peace, stability and prosperity in the same geographical area. I believe that owing to the Council mechanism, Azerbaijani â€“ Turkish brotherhood will be handed over to future generations based on strong foundation. The sub-commissions, which will be established within the Council, will systematically contribute to the development of our relations in all spheres", - Turkish Prime Minister said.
