Elmar Mammadyarov receives Chairman of Dutch Senate Rene van der Linden

Baku â€“ APA. Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov received Chairman of the Senate of the Netherlands Rene van der Linden. They highly appreciated the close relationship between the parliaments of the two countries and level of cooperation within the framework of a number of international organizations, press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told APA. Underlining the importance of intensification of the relations between the countries in the economic, energy, agricultural and other fields, Mammadyarov emphasized that it is possible to carry out it within the bilateral relations and cooperation with the European Union. In his turn, the guest reminded about the forthcoming parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan, shared his experience in this field gained in the Netherlands and expressed confidence in success of upcoming elections. The sides discussed other issues of mutual interests as well.
