Baku – APA. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov received newly-appointed ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to Azerbaijan Erling Skjonsberg. Press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told APA that Skjonsberg submitted copies of his credentials and expressed satisfaction with his appointment to our country. The ambassador emphasized that there is a large potential for the development of cooperation between our countries in a number of fields and said he would work for deepening of Norway-Azerbaijan relations. Minister Mammadyarov congratulated the Norwegian diplomat on his appointment and wished him successes in his future activity.
