President Ilham Aliyev receives credentials of new ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Azerbaijan

Baku â€“ APA. President Ilham Aliyev received the credentials of the new ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Azerbaijan Arjen Peter Uijterlinde, APA reports.

The head of state expressed his confidence that the bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and the Netherlands would develop during the activity of Ambassador Arjen Peter Uijterlinde.

President Ilham Aliyev said Azerbaijan was interested in the development of the relations with the Kingdom of the Netherlands and added that there was a good potential for it. Underlining the importance of the activity of the diplomatic representations in both countries the head of state said the business community was interested in the bilateral projects.

President Ilham Aliyev expressed his confidence that European Union-Azerbaijan relations would cover a number of spheres.

Ambassador Arjen Peter Uijterlinde said progress had been recently observed in the bilateral relations, the number of the mutual visits increased.
