Andrzej Kasprzyk: It is not in my competence to carry out investigation on the armed incident on the line of contact â€“ <font color=red> EXCLUSIVE </font>

According to Andrzej Kasprzyk, he held meetings with the servicemen in Karabakh, Yerevan and today in Baku.
â€œTheir reports are controversial,â€ he said.

Andrzej Kasprzyk underlined that the incident was unnecessary.
â€œThrough the media I offer my condolences to the families of the Azerbaijani soldiers killed during the incident,â€ he said.

Personal Representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office added that no incident occurred during the recent monitoring in the north of Ashagi Veyselli village of Khojavend region.

A provocation group of the Armenian armed units crossed the contact line of troops in Chaylli village of Terter region and attempted to attack Azerbaijani Armed Forces at 16.30 on August 31. As a result of the strong resistance of the Azerbaijani soldiers the enemy had three losses and several injured.

Two soldiers of Azerbaijani Army â€“ Amirov Vugar Amirali (born in 1991, drafted from Imishli, April, 2009) and Abdullayev Parvin Nabi (born in 1991, drafted from Sabirabad, April, 2009) were killed in the battle.
