Richard Morningstar: I have no doubt that the Azerbaijani gas to transport to Europe

He noted that US supports all energy projects such as Southern Corridor, Nabucco, ITGI and so on.

â€œWe are confident that the Southern Corridor and Nabucco project will be implemented. In particular it will find resources to move forward in the implementation of those projects"- he said.

â€œCommercial efficiency determines what pipeline will be built first-Nabucco, Southern Corridor or other gas pipelineâ€, - said Morningstar.

According to him, the Nabucco project has a very important strategic and political importance.

Replying to a question about how he sees the Southern Corridor project in the context of the agreement on gas between Turkey and Azerbaijan, Morningstar said: "I have no doubt that the Azerbaijani gas will be send to Europe. When and how this happens issues to be resolved. There is no doubt that the Southern Corridor project will be successful. "

He also noted that the US President and Secretary give importance to relations with Azerbaijan. We expect that our relations will grow and strengthen, he said.
