Unibankâ€™s deposits hit historical maximum

Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. Total amount of individuals’ deposits at Unibank has reached AZN 300 mln, which means a historical maximum. According to APA-Economics, the growth in individuals’ deposits was above 54% over the past year.

First Deputy CEO of the Unibank Khalid Ahadov said that the Bank approaches the formation of a balanced resource base. Unibank is very suitable for the formation. Day by day growing of the amount of deposits indicates a high level trust of citizens to Unibank: ‘This is also related to our activity in the retail market, good financial performance and the presence of major international financial institutions as part of the bank's shareholders’.

Making deposit in Unibank became even more attractive. During Lottery “Open a at Unibank and win a car!”, every client who opened deposit account at the bank until August 31, will get a chance to win cash prizes and car.

The lottery can be attended by the customers, who open a deposit account at amount of AZN/USD/Euro100 or higher for at least 12 months, or the customers who will extend the existing deposits not less than 12 month. Each AZN100, placed by the client, will be considered as one more chance.

As part of this campaign 20 participants will receive AZN 500. And one participant will receive a super prize - a car Chrysler 200. The maximum term of the deposits is 36 months. The maximum interest rate on deposits is 15.7% per annum.
