Baku. Aqshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. In January-August, 2013, the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Georgia made $840.61 mln, up 3.26% from previous year. According to Georgian National Statistical Service, it makes 12.7% of Georgian total foreign trade turnover.
Azerbaijan is the second largest trade partner of Georgia after Turkey.
During the reporting period, the trade turnover between Georgia and Turkey made $ 950.26 mln which makes 14.3% of total trade turnover of Georgia.
Georgia’s third main trade partner is Ukraine and the trade turnover with this country stood at $ 488.14 mln.
Georgia’s total trade turnover during 8 months of 2013 was $ 6.64 bln, down 0.13% from 2012.
