Baku. Nijat Mustafayev - APA-Economics. Təmiz Şəhər (Clean City), the first operator of solid waste (MSW) in Azerbaijan, has increased the registered capital by 18.3 times.
The State Committee for Securities of Azerbaijan reports that on 25 June it registered an issue of shares with ISIN-code AZ1002008857 - 1 security with par value of AZN 9.149 million. They were converted from the shares of issue with ISIN-code AZ1001008858 - the same 1 paper with par value of AZN 500,000.
As a result, the share capital of the operator grew up to 18.3 times from AZN 500,000 up to AZN 9.149 million. Təmiz Şəhər is wholly state-owned and operates in Baku and Absheron peninsula.
