Per capita personal income in Azerbaijan increases by 6%

Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. In January-August, 2013, the per head income of Azerbaijani population rose 6.0% to AZN 2,376.2 or monthly AZN 297.0.

According to State Statistical Committee, growth rate of per head income exceeded the consumption price rise by 3.8 percentage points.

“68.7% of incomes were spent to consumer needs, 9.1% - the payment of taxes and contributions for social insurance, 1.7% - to payments of interest on credit and 20.6% - to charge”, told the committee.

The income in the disposal of population made AZN 20.0 bn, up 7.5% from a year earlier.
