Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. For the moment, Azerbaijan is yet in a position to afford to wait in donor issue at the International Development Association (IDA), said FinMinister Samir Sharifov, APA-Economics reports.
‘Donor issue must be touched on very carefully, by measuring all the positive and negative aspects. The funds for the payment of obligations on donor are allocated by Azerbaijani government and at present time, there is no decision in this regard. I can only say that, in accordance with the terms of the World Bank, Azerbaijan has officially lost the access to IDA's resources’, noted the Minister.
To him, by taking economic development level into account, Azerbaijan has been included into category of the countries, which can use only the resources of EBRD (member of the WB).
