Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu - APA-Economics. Chairman of State Customs Committee, Lieutenant – Colonel Aydin Aliyev received the deputy director of Israeli Customs Directorate Avraham Hadad and experts - Alon Tassa, Omer Dinur and Gal Orpaz.
Aliyev expressed satisfaction of the level of mutual productive cooperation relations between Azerbaijan and Israel.
He noted the importance of mutual activity and exchange of experience for deepening of cooperation.
“Last year’s agreement have stimulated the development of relations between the customs services of both countries and accelerated the integration of the sides”, said committee chairman.
Aliyev spoke about the role of customs bodies in formation of budget revenues, ensuring economic security, as well as the measures, taken in direction of strengthening the legislative base.
In turn, Avraham Hadad said that he got a great impression about Azerbaijan, and that he witnessed all-round development and economic progress in our country. Appreciating the existing state of economic, political, cultural relations between our countries, the Israeli guest said he pays special importance to cooperation with Azerbaijan in all spheres.
The meting also focused on some issues of mutual interest.
