Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) can borrow fund from State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan in the perspective, said the BSTDB President Andrey Kondakov.
According to him, BSTDB has already conducted negotiations with SOFAR. But the Fund’s investment rules have relevant restrictions: “For now, BSTDB’s rating is at “A”. But according to SOFAR’s investments rules, the Fund can not invest in the organizations with the rating below “AA”. We’ll apply to SOFAR for allocation of fund to BSTDB, when the rating upgrades to AA”.
