Bank Standard gets 21% in assets

Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. As of April 1, 2013, Azerbaijan-based Bank Standard’s assets stood at AZN 876.894 mln, up 20.7% compared to a year earlier.

Bank says the loan portfolio rose 42.9% to AZn 626.856 mln, including consumer lending made AZN 140.893 mln, up 49.4% from previous year.

Deposit portfolio grew 23.6% to AZN 577.621 mln, as well as personal savings increased by 20.4% to AZN 484.121 mln, authorized capital remained unchanged at AZN 75,000.

Number of clients increased by 28.5% to 184,204, as well as individuals – by 28.9% to 180,814, legal entities – by 12.3% to 3,390. Plastic cards made 45,555, up 29.2% in annual comparison, including debit cards grew 23.5% to 27,911, credit cards – 39.7% to 17,644.

At present, the bank operates 14 branches, 147 ATMs and 1,833 POS-terminals across the country.
