Azerpocht to increase number of plastic cards by the year-end

Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. Azerpocht intends to increase the number of plastic cards by the end of this year.

According to Novruz Mammadov, the head of Postal Office of the Ministry of Communications & Information Technologies, Azerpocht issued about 12,000 cards, so far: ‘Most of these cards were issued for giving of salaries of employees of telecommunication facilities. About 1,000 cards are considered to issue by the year-end’.

Azerpocht operates over 14 ATMs and 120 POS-terminals in Baku and regions.
