Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. Azerbaijan plans to allocate AZN 8,400.5 mln to capital expenditures from state budget draft for 2014, up AZN 474.6 mln or 6.0% from 2012. APA-Economics reports that share of these expenditures in total state budget expenditures makes 41.9%.
AZN 6,260.0 mln is expected to be directed to the government investing.
AZN 7,374.2 mln will be directed to the main directions of State Investment Program. Of this, AZN 4,735.7 mln is for infrastructure projects, AZN 1,863.5 mln for social projects, AZN 775.0 mln for institutional, restoration, reconstruction of areas, elimination of emergency cases and other projects.
Capital investing is expected to be AZN 6,260.0 mln. Of this AZN 3,661.6 mln will be spent to infrastructure projects, AZN 1,846.3 mln to social projects and AZN 755.1 mln to institutional, restoration, reconstruction of areas, elimination of emergency cases and other projects.
AZN 1,114.2 mln will be allocated from external loans. Of this, AZN 1,074.1 mln will be directed to infrastructure, AZN 17.2 mln to social projects, AZN 22.9 mln to institutional, restoration, reconstruction of areas, elimination of emergency cases and other projects.
