According to decision, “draft state budget and consolidated budgets for 2014, forecasts of state and consolidated budgets for the next three years” developed by Ministry of Finance jointly with the relevant ministry, committee, department and organizations and “economic and social development concept and forecast indicators” submitted by Economic Development Ministry are to be approved.
The second paragraph of the decision says that these documents and relevant documents provided in article #12 of the law on “Budget system” are to be submitted to Azerbaijan’s President.
